1. TorrentDownload is a meta-search engine. This means we just search other search engines.
2. TorrentDownload is not a torrent cache, torrent tracker nor a torrent search engine.
3. TorrentDownload does not host or "make available" any files or torrents in any way, shape or form.
4. TorrentDownload links to other independent search engines that might host torrent files. We have absolutely no control over those domains.
5. Indexing process is completely automated. We don't check it. Whatever the stupid bots suck in goes. The good, the bad and the ugly.
6. Torrent files are simply metadata and cannot be copyrighted.
7. We don’t host torrents, we don't even save torrents for ourselves after the filename and size extraction.
8. TorrentDownload is similar to Google.
9. TorrentDownload will gladly remove any links at copyright owner’s request. Read Takedown Policy below.
10. TorrentDownload has been around for well over 7 years now.
11. TorrentDownload has a spotless relationship with copyright owners and governmental organizations (Child protection, etc).
12. TorrentDownload respects reasonable copyrights and acts in compliance with EUCD and DMCA. Yes, Really.

Privacy Policy

1. We do not log.
2. We are not interested in what you do online.

Takedown Instructions

1. Please only provide URLs containing info_hash values. (Ex: /3648EF666665EB000835408E479B5CF8EF7C1F0A/ )
2. Takedowns that do not properly identify torrent info_hash values will take considerably more time to process!
3. Use your company/business email. Free mailboxes (AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc) will take more time to process and verify.
4. Requests without information described above will be ignored..
5. Allow up to 5 business days for your request to be processed.
6. Google DMCA Notice if you never done this before.
7. Please be polite. There is no point in threats.
